These terms apply to the use of mvdf-studio.be, a website of MVDF STUDIO (Mauro Van der Flaes), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in Belgium under enterprise number BE 1028.010.354, based in Lier, Belgium.

2. Applicability

These terms govern the use of the website itself. A specific project is governed by the signed project proposal between MVDF STUDIO and the client. That proposal contains its own, more detailed terms, covering scope, payment, revisions, and ownership, and takes precedence over this general page for anything related to the project itself.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, portfolio work, designs, photos, and logos, is protected by copyright and owned by MVDF STUDIO unless stated otherwise. None of it may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

4. Information on this website

The information on this website is general in nature and intended to give an impression of the work and approach of MVDF STUDIO. It is updated regularly, but the actual agreements, price, and scope of a specific project are always those set out in the signed project proposal.

5. Links to the work of others

Some project pages link to the personal portfolios of external collaborators, such as photographers or other freelancers who worked on a project. MVDF STUDIO has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content of those external pages. Links to MVDF STUDIO's own channels, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and email, are not included in this. That content is, and remains, MVDF STUDIO's own.

6. Right of withdrawal

Given the nature of the services provided, which are fully custom-made creative work, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with article VI.53, 3° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

7. Governing law & competent court

Belgian law applies to this website and these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the judicial district of Antwerp.

8. Privacy

How this website handles your data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

MVDF STUDIO may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
