MVDF STUDIO is the portfolio and brand identity design practice of Mauro Van der Flaes, based in Lier, Belgium. This page explains what data this site collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
What I collect
Contact form. If you fill in the contact form on this site, I collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), project type, budget range, and message you provide. This is sent to me by email and used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose.
Analytics. This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived here). These tools use cookies. You can decline this when the cookie banner appears, or clear it anytime by removing cookies for this site in your browser.
How long I keep it
Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond to and, where relevant, follow up on your enquiry, and are deleted when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings for Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask me at any time to see what data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do so, just email me at mauro@mvdf-studio.be.
Third parties
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). No other third-party services receive your data through this site.
